Pros

still considering this as the management have abused their position for 20 years and promoted their own family and friends instead of hard working people.

Cons

management keep all information to themselves and only look after themselves and each other. The enthusiasm is thrashed out of people and their ideas are adopted by others who are rewarded for taking credit for others hard work.

Expect you to do alot more than your contracted job and use your own car as a pool car when picking customer cars up

Get to drive nice cars and meet very nice customers who do treat you well and respect you in the job you do there isn't much more pros to be really honest

Cons

Bad pay bad hours expect you to do everybody's job like being a contracted delivery driver doesn't mean I should valet and clean the cars and as well as do the company shopping filling in site fridges up for customers
