      Pros

      Friendly staff, integration into office environment good, opportunity for unpaid holiday on only 3 month scheme, good social life between interns, flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Work often sporadic, experience is highly dependant on team and department you get placed in, many roles don't consist of much actual engineering work.
