      Pros

      Company growing and doing well so there is great pay and conditions, lots of exciting projects and a lot of opportunities to move internally horizontally as well as vertically.

      Cons

      As a rapidly growing company there are also a some issue. Insufficient office space and huge problems with site access and parking. Workload can also hugely vary according to area and job role, with some people barely able to cope while others are under worked.

      Car parking can be difficult due to the rapid growth of the business, but the company have put public transport initiatives in place to combat this

      Brilliant company, large workload!

      Pros

      Love to develop their people. Have had the opportunity to do some amazing things from the day I started there. The company is on a rapid expansion plan at the moment and is a secure job, and you can see how your work impacts the company directly.

      Cons

      Currently going through a major culture change, to which there is an amount of resistance. Also has an endemic case of lack of communication between departments (although what large company doesn't?). The rapid expansion has also meant a lot of people taking on responsibility that is far above their pay grade and has impacted a lot of people's work/life balance. I come in to the office early, and rarely leave on time.
