      A crash course in how to JLR

      Pros

      JLR has many benefits to working here most of these include a good and varied job role as a graduate, which if you like can continue after becoming a more senior employee. Also there are many perks.

      Cons

      At JLR there is a DAILY struggle to conform to processes and tools which are developed for some other business, and have not evolved to cope with today's engineers.

      Pros

      Interesting vehicles - Growing company - Wide variety of opportunities. It is possible to use it as a learning experience to gather training and experience at the expense of doing the Job. So would recommend for people to gather training and move on

      Cons

      Culture of Bullying, Really poor site access. To succeed you need to fit with a perceived carreer path. You are classed as inadequate if you dont want to get on the progression ladder and just want to do your job. The high Employee rating is due to the companies growth a high percentage people asked are still on their Honeymoon period of getting the job.
