We sit in the client's office and for Singapore, it is situated in at Capita Green which is a beautiful place. The people are nice.

Cons

You have to have an entrepreneur spirit. Job of scope is unclear.

Good salary and benefits. Lots of new products and interesting work.

Cons

Overstretched resources and lack of facilities to do the job. Immature management structure and poor team work ethic. May take many years to iron out teething problems.
