Pros

Financial benefit. Opportunities for development. Location. Love the product. You get to work with a great mix of people from all walks of life - culturally, educationally, levels in the business, functions in the business.

Cons

Long hours... Really long. It's usually worth it. But it can cause some stress at home, and means I spend a lot of weekends basically catching up on my sleep.

Pros

Working at the forefront of the latest automotive technology and seeing the cars evolve and take shape daily is such a great thing. I have new challenges every day and have met a bunch of great people! The office has a relaxed atmosphere while still getting the work done and there are great opportunities for networking and quick progression in your career!

Cons

There are not many cons to working for JLR but there is a lot of training involved, some courses seem more applicable and valuable than others.
