Fast paced high level manufacturing plant, good pay and conditions. There are always opportunities to develop your skills and experience.

Cons

Shift work, days can be long and the job can get very intense at times. There are a lot of floppy hankies.

The collegues are great and friendly, there is a good sense of community at the jaguar landrover work place. The work load isnt too stressful.

Cons

Unfortunately it can be difficult to find time to go on holiday with the family but this is not unusual of such a prestige company.
