      Other grads all super nice, support from managers and team, well structured scheme with plenty of opportunities to learn, both office and manufacturing line placements to give you a well rounded development experience

      Cons

      New ideas seem slow to implement, real mix between enthusiastic hard working people and people who have been at the company too long and don't really want to be there

      Business is very open so get to see multiple side if wanted, use of company cars, good support from managers. Discount on vehicles.

      Cons

      Coventry is not a nice place to live, get small projects as a graduate and need approval for all decisions.
