      No regard for loyalty

      Pros

      Decent work-life balance but that’s the only good thing about that company these days.

      Cons

      Current management is the absolute worst. In my 30+ years with that company I never experienced such disregard employees. They reward loyalty and hard work with termination.

      free snacks, great connections, free food on weekends

      Cons

      Most salesman are snobs, not anyone you'd talk to outside of work. Pay sucks, low effort training and then get upset when you don't know the intricate details because it was never taught.

      Hybrid work schedule. Nothing further.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. Combative environment. Departments are adversarial towards each other. Think real hard before leaving your current employer for JLR. There’s a reason they are always hiring.
