Pros

Great work culture Great job security Management is great but restrictive Can learn a lot from the talent on the team Free car charging

Cons

Structure is always changing - although its currently the best its been in 3 years Promotions are very rare & if they do happen, it's later than expected. Hollow promotions that come with an increase in responsibility but no title or pay increase are far more common Mid level engineers are not given much trust to make decisions on the tools & infrastructure they are the experts on - AKA no guidance to develop these managerial skills (potentially why promotions are rare here) Salary increase this year was a full % under inflation benefits are very restricted due to the financial state of the company currently
