Pros

Ownership Culture: JLR is a place where taking "radical ownership" of your projects is deeply appreciated. If you have an enterprise mindset and look at the bigger picture, the company offers great visibility and recognition. Resilience and Growth: Having been involved in multiple OEM launches, I can say the process knowledge you gain here is top-tier. It's a high-pressure environment, but it builds incredible agility and professional maturity. Quality of Leadership: At the management level (LL4/LL5/LL6), there is a genuine commitment to supporting teams. I felt truly supported by my direct leadership, especially during complex delivery phases where collaboration was key. Agility: The culture allows for a "Yes, and..." approach to challenges, which is essential in such a dynamic industry.

Cons

Corporate Complexity: Like any large OEM, navigating the various departments from Finance to Manufacturing can be complex, though the internal network you build is invaluable.
