Pros

Pay. Pension. Clean. Made genuine friends.

Cons

Shifts/nights. Work life balance. Management on all levels, the wrong people are in the wrong jobs (mostly). Lack of training. No room for flexible working. Certain people are looked after, hard workers seem to suffer. Too much D&I it’s suffocating the company and we’re not focusing on making quality vehicles.
