Opportunity to make great money if you kill your self working well over 50/60 hours

Cons

I experienced managers encouraging fierce competition, not healthy ones, that created a cut throat environment. We were getting undercut and undercutting our sister stores and stealing customers that would otherwise be in their local area

Pros

You get to drive nice cars and serve some cool customers. As a driver, you can accept tips. Free lunch if we meet monthly quota. 2 weeks PTO after a year of full time status. Good job for people who are interested in cars.

Cons

Low pay and no standard raises. Rude and entitled customers. If you're useful, you get more work while others get away with minimum.
