Pros

- there’s always new things to learn - flexibility around working arrangements and ways of working - excellent maternity leave - people are passionate about the work - good diversity culture

Cons

- Not much career progression for mid senior roles - Silo working, everyone has their own different priorities - salary’s awful for the workload - there’s too many difficult characters - experience could be drastically different between roles and teams

Pros

Strong company culture, and lots of other undergraduates and gradautes. You also get lots of exposure to different areas of the business and responsibility.

Cons

Can be put into teams which might have a bad working culture and sometimes you can feel your work does not have a signifcant contribution
