      Pros

      you get to be one of the many numbers of bodies taking up space, fighting for work that may pay halfway decent

      Cons

      they don't enforce pandemic safety protocols while expecting you to turn 30+ hours a day in only one stall with no help, back up or parts all while reducing the average time paid on jobs while just increasing the cost to the customer as well as hiring more, unnecessary managers who only contradict each other in a race to the bottom
