work can be a bit overwhelming, tools (software, hardware) are a bit dated

The pros are pretty obvious, you get to drive Range Rovers and Jaguars all day,

A lot of labor involved in washing, detailing, and prepping cars for delivery.

Brand pull, Tata group company, good team, good leadership, happy environment. Why should this be a 20 word minimum ?

Cons

Small set up in US limiting career advancement. Some jobs have late hours and others are very usual but pay is not accordingly set up. Negotiate!
