Unacceptable work-life balance for JMSC delivery team members

Pros

Great people who are committed to company's success. Bonuses are paid annually which are sizable. Company supports multiple non-profits and encourages employees to volunteer. Company reputation is excellent. Great pride in what people do.

Cons

Delivery teams are over utilized up to 60 - 70 hours per week to deliver solutions for internal business customers. Leadership talks about taking care of associates, but employee job satisfaction is secondary to delivering solutions to internal customers. Absolutely no leadership to address governance or change management including during Go Live weekends.

Pros

Nice offices, lots of perks, some areas have great teams

Cons

Terrible politics and backbiting, antiquated systems (partially driven by Toyota). Managers are allowed to fail which can be good, except they are allowed to take plenty of people with them. A few of the older managers are actually abusive.

It's a job that pays market rates and has great benefits.

Cons

After having worked there for a number of years and seeing the backlash to associates that are trying to do the right thing when speaking up - I can't recommend. Toe the company line and keep your head down if you decide to join, you will be much happier.
