Excellent culture, watch out for 'old guard' leaders

Amazing positive culture, great people to work with, compensation, benefits, associate-centric, a company that truly values its people.

Cons

Even with excellent performance reviews, promotions usually happen slowly. Division leadership does not evaluate VP's on how they develop and promote associates long-term during their career.
