      Work Life Balance is important and JM values their employees. This equates to reciprocal appreciation from employees and high quality of work.

      Cons

      Environment is starting to change a little since Mr. Moran passed away. "Who you know" hiring practices.

      they have a good benefit package, 401k, pension, vacation, onsite clinics

      Cons

      outsourcing and offshoring is putting americans out of work. they think cheaper is better. snobbish, disorganized, good old boy network is alive and well in deerfield office, they talk the talk but don't walk the walk. they have lost their moral compass. senior management is completely detached from the real world at jm
