      Pros

      Great benefits Take care of associates needs Management is always responsive to feedback Great reputation in the industry Excellent compensation and benefits A company you can be proud to say you work for Smart, educated, self motivated associates are a pleasure to work with and for.

      Cons

      Some Managers are motivated to move up at any cost, even at the expense of their peers. (But this is unfortunately true in any large company).

      Associates are treated fairly and are valued.

      Cons

      If you're not in sales you may not get individual recognition.

      Nobody leaves so it takes time to move up (but able to move laterally)
