Laughable compensation and unethical referral practices- you take the clients you get no matter the comfort level or competency.

Pros

CEO does provide updates during essential times, and they try to make sure people are informed Impactful work Okish benefits Pretty decent vacation and holiday bank Seems to be going hybrid to a degree DEI focused and seems to be trying to be more inclusive on its hiring practices

Cons

Pay/Increases could be much better Sometimes information does not always come down (yes I listed that as a pro but sometimes it's "confidential") Much to the beast of nonprofits, overworked Silos among departments (every department kind of operates differently. One can be very flexible on things and others are rigid)
