      Pros

      I've been very pleased with the level of support that the agency has provided to me throughout my career- opportunities for training, opportunities for professional growth as well as emotional/financial support throughout covid.

      Cons

      No real cons. The agency has been growing rapidly, which is very positive, but there are a lot of staffing openings due to the growth.

      Great company but not so great pay

      Pros

      This company is one of the best companies I’ve worked for. I’ve never felt more supported and a part of the team the way I do at JSSA.

      Cons

      The pay is ridiculously low. I think this is the only reason staff don’t stay for long and it’s hard to find people willing to work there.

      -Short-staffed and high workload -Low compensation -High staff burnout and low morale -There's hardly time for breaks and lunch -Minimal support from leadership/upper management -Disorganized and poor communication from leadership to everyone else -Limited career advancement opportunities
