Pros

Good coworkers. Cool concept witch is catching on.

Cons

Just about every department is under staffed. Also every employee is under paid. You can go make a LOT more money at an airline like Southwest. I truly hope they start paying their employees more because the turnover rate is high and concerning.

Pros

Competitive pay. Interesting business model.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations set by scaling team. Too many aircraft being added to the fleet too quickly without support for staff (MX, PARTS, OSC) ~I cannot speak for the flight crew.

Awesome co-workers, Nice uniform, and good benefits.

Cons

The schedule is not suitable for the commuter. Pay increases should have been given to all JSX employees due to cost of living increases. Long delays
