LOW PAY Insurance is really bad--most care is out of pocket Extremely stingy sick time policy Punitive sick and late policy

Good pay, great manager, great supervisor, and great co-workers.

Cons

If you don't like manual labor, then you won't enjoy the job. Alongside with working next to the mechanics you either like it or don't.
