An innovative start-up that has grown considerably in the last 3 years. The inclusive and diverse company vision is very appealing and implemented successfully in most areas of the company.
Cons
The growing pains of creating a unique flying experience gradually turned into a complete slaughter for those not in the executive leadership bubble. Being vocal about the negative to protect the core appeal for the crew and support team resulted in an all out assassination of a very loyal and committed employee. Bonus negative - The only female on the team and not bashful in raising legitimate concerns on behalf of the team resulted in being labeled difficult and insubordinate by upper management and executive leadership.
