Thank you for the feedback on Crewmember morale. Our recent company-wide anonymous survey provided invaluable insight into areas of opportunity, and we were proud to partner with work groups on individual solutions that fit a unique set of circumstances. We look forward to another anonymous survey in the very near future to gain an updated "pulse" on how we are doing, as well as learn how we can continue to improve. Programs such as neXt (job shadowing), Crews Director (station-led engagement), and other initiatives were developed as a direct response to feedback such as this. We look forward to keeping the lines of communication open, and partnering on creative solutions.

Pros

Coworkers are great. Hiring department does a very good job Standardized pay rates Travel benefits

Cons

Communication is terrible Departments have no connections to other departments Quality of work is sub par Too caught up in own self image to look inside and see the glaring flaws within the company culture Started as an amazing place to work, has since become one of the most toxic environments I’ve ever worked within. The identity crisis of the brand is felt through all departments. Senior management micromanages all departments Mid level managers not trusted to do their job Senior management has differing ideas of what the airline should be

Thank you for the feedback. In a fast-moving, startup environment like ours, we know keeping our Crewmembers informed is an integral part of our growth strategy. Between our weekly company-wide newsletter (Crew Update), monthly department calls with senior leadership, and quarterly all-hands meetings with Alex, we certainly are prioritizing communication; sharing information as soon as we can. Getting involved in a Crewmember Resource Group, such as IDEA, is another way to keep up-to-date and be part of the solution regarding decisions that may impact your work group.
