Pros

Working for Thorpe you get to run your own projects very early in the process this is a very rewarding position in that way. The pay is good as well as the benefits and retirement package.

Cons

There is no work life balance you work 6 to 7 days a week working 10-12 hours a day. If your looking for a job where you have a decent amount of time outside of work this is not for you in my opinion.
