Pros

Great mentorship opportunities and a welcoming, friendly environment. They also offer stock options for full time employees and it is all employee owned. This is great if you want to stick around with them for a long time.

Cons

Work-life balance is hard. There are high time commitment expectations. People don't even tend to take a lunch break or leave their desks throughout the day.

Pros

Excellent culture, dedicated to giving back to the community, generous benefits, employee owned, and strong performance.

Cons

I don’t see any. There is a desire to improve in areas of equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Staff is regularly trained in this arena and has initiatives in place to be even better going forward.
