      Good company , good work environment, opportunity to growth , WW locations,many different type of customers , people open for collaboration , data driven company

      Cons

      Narrow focus , high pressure for results, still long decision process beside a lot of 'lean initiatives '. Easy to hire and fired beside a lot of bla bla bla of people highest value . $ centric company

      Pros

      Best company I had ever worked for in 28 year career. Corp culture of work hard, whatever it takes to get the job done, play harder was a motivator. 98% of the employees were great to work with. Rules of the road were empowering from top to bottom, all the way to the floor/operator level. I would definitely join Jabil again with the new management structure in place since Mondellow took the helm.

      Cons

      Like most large companies, 2% bad apples mostly at the BUD, and Sr. Management evels. Not what you know but who you know....good ol boy network. Rewarded/compensated very well for over achieving performance targets. But I can see through LinkedIn the majority have already been cut or moved to different roles and positional responsibilities.

      Pros

      Love the HR department and the team dynamics it has - hosted many employee engagement events to promote company wide employee bonding throughout various months of the year. Great atmosphere and culture to work in.

      Cons

      Location of company is hard to access via public transit as it needs to be near the suburbs for warehouse/factory space.
