Pros
Decent health benefits. OK employee stock purchase plan. Nice people to work with. If you're an officer you get paid, other than that you are a slave to your manager.
Cons
Working at the corp hq is so depressing. Animals in pet shelters have better accomodations. I look forward to leaving everyday. Jabil is a human trafficker of cheap labor in China, Europe, South America and Mexico. No career path, unless you can play favors for your boss. Lots of directors and VPs must have a lot of dirt on each other to be in the positions they are in --- wouldn't be in those positions at any other company.
