      Some people in management and supervisor roles that shouldn't be or deserve to be! lay off to much. To Top Heavy! To many Chiefs not enough Indians! Lot of favoritism. To managers and Directors! No one is watching what the supervisors that they appointed does! Management trust certain people that they shouldn't

      Some of the area managers were cool to work under.I met a lot of nice people there.

      Cons

      The upper management was never very solid,constantly changing,all of them had different views on how to run the company. Jabil gave all of our jobs away!guess they figgured we didnt need them.
