      nice co-workers, good benefits and interesting projects intelligent business partners liberal work from home policies in IT company matched 401(k) casual dress code

      Cons

      in IT, employees wanted to maintain status quo, not rock the boat, and were satisfied with mediocrity low pay and small annual raises

      Pros

      Good pay, decent benefits, "get-it-done" attitude is encouraged and rewarded (although you may find you have to violate SOP's to get-it-done. Friday afternoon socials on site after work are a good internal networking venue.

      Cons

      Aggressive cut-backs when business cycles dip, even if your group is busy. No one seems to know all the rules and SOP's and they are not readily available or easily searched. Long hours when dealing with European and Asian divisions on crash programs. Twelve hour days are not uncommon.

      Pros

      With a company so bad to recommend to even your worst I would have nothing to add here. Everyone on site talk crap about this management and it is the worst to work for.....

      Cons

      You can compare POK Jabil to slavery days, much delegation overload, yelling at employees, stress concerns on site are "high" because of no good leadership. You will have no life balance with POK Jabil, BEWARE of Company!!
