      Pros

      If you master lies, cheating and stabbing your peers in the back, you will go far in Jabil. No formal education required.

      Cons

      Third world country atmosphere and slave labor mentality. Very little respect for new ideas other than their own. Promotions based on who you know not what you know. Numerous relations among the higher ups and very little or no merit. Managers fraternizing with employees, those employees get away with murder, the rest get the shaft. Professionalism does not exist here. The Jabil Ethics policy exists for legal purposes, not a practice. Jabil Quality policy applies to those not in the kiss-up ring. Everyone else gets cover-ups! 400 layoffs to be complete by April 19 2013, those unfortunate employees are the solution to a management system that is a total "FAIL"

      Pros

      Work hard, play hard. Challenged by high expectations. Entrepreneurial spirit runs though the company. Freedom to do the right thing. Make your numbers you are golden.

      Cons

      What have you done for me lately mindset. Loyal to a point. Short sighted in training the next generation. No cohesion between the EMS and AMS sides of the house. Missing a real opportunity to sell end to end solutions to customers. Not all "officers of the company" are capable.

      This company offer great Benefit packages! The have great stock option, fantastic health benefits and a substantial profit sharing program. One of the best...

      Cons

      Everything not mentioned in the Pros. Local (PHX) Management does not understand that working employees 6 days a week and 10 hour days while telling them that they are not doing a great job is not good for moral. If you do not belong to the good ol' boys network, or do not kiss the proverbial butt you will never get ahead in this place. Every one is waiting for the next lay off to see if their number has come up, And there are layoffs every other month. The company will over hire then have a lay off the following week...
