Pros

Enough resources and systems in place to work. Some IL positions are well paid. Average benefits Package. If lucky, you can get external professional training.

Cons

To maintain your job "safely" you shall kiss a?s. No matter if you don't reach expected results, if ur clown or friend in the managers network ur ok, surely you will get a promotion soon. If you work right but ur out of that circle, you will work in hell. HR are the worse thing I ever experienced in the GUAD site. No matter if workers go to the street and arises public complaints, HR Heads will not pay attention to people as they are close friends and top management do not care about people.

Pros

The pay is significantly better than most other jobs for the minimal requirements. The job is very easy and is more difficult to stay awake then to respond to anything on site. The benefits package is beyond top-notch it is the best on the market. There are all kinds of after work parties throughout the year and there is plenty of holidays. The overhead Jabil cares about the employee and you might find a couple managers that do care.

Cons

Serious lack of leadership of senior management. There is almost a split in between types of pay; those who work hourly and those that work salary. The good 'ol boy system is alive and well. If you don't get in with the "in crowd" your time there is just to show up at work and then go home. Its not as fun at they try to advertise. Moving up is almost impossible in some departments as there are lifers that won't move from their position or retire for years, so trying to move up the chain is very difficult. Some positions have no maneuverability at all. Almost any position that that you may have experience for you have to have a degree. There are no exceptions to the requirements. If you don't match that do bother applying.
