Flexible, works well with another job.

Cons

When I started the stores I was assigned to were in complete chaos. I did not receive any training to solve this. I taught myself. Company keeps taking stores away from me. I have almost no hours. Management does not listen. Asssign you bs training videos to watch. Pay does not match demand.

Travel is paid and you’re essentially on your own left to figure your schedule and left to freely communicate with the stores you’re covering

Cons

Lack of communication with management, considering it’s essentially a remote job and your manager is on the go as much as you are. If you ever need time off, you might be too busy to ever be able to take it comfortably.
