Decent pay, somewhat flexible hours.

Cons

Treat employess terrible. Tell you one thingthemdo another. As soon as you do one thing wrong they cut your stores to nothing. They don't train emplyees , but expect you to know what they want done. The worst company to work for. They want work done , but do not give you enough time in store to do it. Then blame you for not getting it done. The store management your working in do not like to see Jacent employees. They complain to merch about the company at the top.

Very disorganized. Warehouse can't pack an order accurately. You are asked to work an order in the store in an amount of time that doesn't take into consideration all the BS you have to put up with in the stores - sorting and working throw backs, giving the store a credit for broken, damaged products, orders not checked in when you arrive, product in order doesn't match what they charge the store for on the invoice. they don't keep the warehouse stocked with good selling products. raises are unheard of; bonuses were talked about but that's as far as it went. Many disgruntled employees and nobody in the corporate office cares. placing orders is almost impossible with the app the employees have to use; it doesn't fit the business.
