Worse then ATA and thats saying something

Company is getting itself organized and structured more like the company its merging with in fact it is becoming ATA, which is what I am use to

Cons

Its becoming more Like ATA The company does not ever listen to its field employees Upper management has lost touch with reality, expectations are way out of reach.

Make your own schedule, no weekends or nights

Cons

Too little pay for amount of driving you do, given additional work loads with no respectable amount of time to complete, no raises, no benefits, no perks, employees get away with almost anything and no one cares

Have a little freedom when you go to work

Cons

not so much like being your own boss any longer . My new supervisor that was just a co worker was a very good employee and now she is under a power control. I'm going to have to quit this job that I thought for the last 5 years was the best place to work.
