Flexible Hours. No nights or weekends

Cons

Shady company. They basically do not pay employees for time worked. I have worked over 40 hours many times but they make me put it towards another weeks pay. Also, the do not pay merschadisers all the same. Some will get compensation for things that others will not. I am told to do this though upper management. I hope they get another lawsuit against them soon.

Pros

Location in proximity to residence They place you close to your store locations, so you're not doing a lot of driving are stuck in traffic.

Cons

You're not given enough time to complete your job task. Your expected to install fixtures, remove fixtures, and clean display area, unpack, label, and put out merchandise in a limited time frame.

Flexible schedule, easy job ( if you can get them to pay you for it)

Cons

Terrible management, try their best not to pay for mileage and drive time. Do not waste your time. Also, management will continue to debate how many hours you can get paid for work already completed.
