This company has a family feeling to it . I like that the owners , VPs, CEOs actually talk to you and are there physically every day which you will find is not always the case . The attire if comfortable . You can dress business casual . All of the people who were helping with my training here have been nothing but nice and everyone stepped in even if they were necessarily assigned to train me . I also enjoy the fact that I get asked "what I think " . I also get asked if I am "ok " with something's which is also pleasant being in a large company .

Pros

Great people to work with. Flexible schedule, make your own hours, your own route of stores. Great for organized people who are motivated to get the job done on their own.

Cons

You make your own schedule, you must be self motivated to go out and do the work. No set start and end time; you will just know how long it should take in each store.
