Pros
I love this company, I have been with them for 4 months now and I could not be happier. I trained with an awesome guy a few times and it was super easy to pick up. It's really easy and seriously not hard work. The pay is great for what you do which is pack out orders and order new products for the following week. My DM is fantastic I lover her and My AM is great too they are very supportive and always there if I have a question about anything. You make your own schedule literally. Once you get into it you know how long a store will take you based on the product that is shipped, you have a set amount of minutes you are paid per store and most of the time it doesn't take you that long. Some stores can take longer so the hours basically even themselves out. Plus your paid for mileage and travel time. You can't beat that! I have 8 stores right now averaging about 25 hours a week, and if I plan it out correctly without any delivery issues I only work 3 or 4 days a week! It's great for a single mom who wants more time for her son and for school. There are a lot of negative reviews on here and I'm sure not every area is perfect but I love my area and my managers. Best decision I ever made!
Cons
Some of the stores employees are not the nicest or friendly but you have to just look past it or kiss some butt so they like you. Lol.
