Cons

Under staffed, unsophisticated systems, too many silos. Lack of due diligence and insights, speed to shelf, on boarding process is "sink or swim."

Jerky and sometimes fun. Initially, it was a great place. However....

Cons

The honeymoon ends quickly. Don't challenge authority because you will be wrong. Way too much drama. ZERO collaboration, cooperation, or communication. Manual process will continue far into the future. Way too much ego.
