      Easy and Independent. You make decisions and only report to your shift supervisor.

      Long hours and if the shift before you mess up, your shift has to make up for it.

      Growing sales, quality product, good people at the lower management level. Owner committed to reinvesting in the business to grow.

      Cons

      Senior Management disconnected from reality, does not collaborate. They also don't own the plan, just blame others. They chalk everything up to change, when its their execution plan that falls short. They also can't be trusted. Be careful, what was once a fun company to work for, is now all political, and they do not value their employees. Little to no package if they let you go, a pathetic 1% match on 401K, and an arrogant environment.
