      Pros

      Medium size company, with the chance to enhance your entrepreneurial skills. Chances to negotiate above market salaries. Manageable "corporately". With the right support/supporters projects are delivered fast. Lovely colleagues. Inspiring kick off and midd year reviews. Company joint -"theme" -lunches, celebrations of important milestones.

      Cons

      As most employees come from big name companies, with years of experience, you have little chance to shine if you come from ABC company :) Limited growth opportunity in "side" roles. Perfect for someone that is ok to be in the same role for longer.

      it was great team to work in awesome family culture ,and good company to work with used to be a fun place to work with no insecure leaders the people are great to work with and lots of overtime opportunity. there are some nice people who work for this company . its is nice to have access to the company store for their products.

      Cons

      lots of changes within leadership the hours are not great if you are not family or friends to management,you will be out of the inner circle. they waste to much time with meeting that go no where and you just keep working on the same problem again and again.
