- Great Leadership - HR is great at their job - get to travel a lot more than most remote companies (if you want to go. Most events are optional) - They supply you with all your equipment (Monitors, PC or Mac, desk, headphones)

- I wish I got the bigger monitors 😂

The owners’ experience and values in the field trickle down to all decisions and have enabled the business to grow measurably and consistently for 18+ years. That’s a long time in the software business. Great coworkers thanks to rigorous hiring practices. Fantastic benefits. Work-life balance is a priority given to all employees.
