Pros

The culture here is one of shared goals and helping clients. I get a lot of job satisfaction because we see the fruits of our labor almost daily. The company is small but growing like crazy and is the industry leader in its space. The owners are very hands on but do not micro-manage at all. Technology stack is very diverse and in some cases, cutting edge.
