Big improvements adjust culture, but the vision is clear for a bright future!

Pros

Jackrabbit is shifting and changing in big ways to deliver value to our clients faster and efficiently - without trying to sacrifice our boundaries and work/life balance. Leadership is providing clear direction of where we are going - and the transparency has not been there in previous years.

Cons

Change is hard - and the morale of some peers can feel heavy.

If I were to try hard to find a Con it would be that there is no option for part time employment

Genuinely care about their employees

Pros

I've never worked for a company that genuinely cares about its employees more - personally and professionally. They are the first to help and the management level is incredible. The interview process is extensive but it truly is just to make sure they have the right people in the company.

Cons

Genuinely can't think of any. I think department culture is different in every department, so experience could vary, but I don't see how you could have a negative experience.
