Pros

The people are the most important reason to work here, but the list of percs is amazing. Working in a building as beautiful as a Luxury Hotel with a built in work out facility and terrific restaurant offering organic foods, is just the beginning. Working for a parent company that honors God and community and homeless children is about as good as it gets!

Cons

There simply aren't any. In a company which works to ingrain the mindset of "others first" where would you look?

Pros

Accepting the position with Jackson Healthcare is one of the best career decisions I have ever made. We work in a very professional environment where we are encouraged to be the best that we can be…as individuals, and as team members. We have a wonderful work culture, and you can tell that the associates are genuinely happy to be here. It is obvious that customer satisfaction, as well as employee satisfaction, are top priorities. This company truly lives up to its recognition, and reputation, as being, "Atlanta's Best Place to Work."

Cons

I can't think of any! I have been very happy with Jackson Healthcare.

Pros

I LOVE working here!!! So many pros I don't know where to start...onsite gym, delicious farm-to-table cafe, onsite wellness clinic, organic garden, the culture is unlike anything I've ever seen. People come to work happy and are happy to be here. Management really cares about the employees, and it shows through their actions daily.

Cons

No cons that I can think of. This is a place to retire from!
