      Good people who care about quality work. Good location in downtown. Could be a bit more positive about rewards

      Other than a lack of recognition for a job well done, there really are not any cons to working here.

      The associates were helpful. The building is in a great location. There is opportunity for advancement if you make a commitment to the firm culture.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect between the partners and associates. I think there needs to be more of a mentoring program for young associates as they learn the law and develop their skills.
