      Good experience. Intelligent attorneys. Not big investment in associates.

      No work life balance for associates. 1850 billable hours getting cut.

      Pros

      It can really depend on which office location you're at (so I've heard) but overall a great place to work. They foster a culture of respecting and appreciating employees. Company policy is taken very seriously by most, and boundaries are respected. There are often office happy hours/lunches, etc. Lunches when new employees come onboard, holiday celebrations, etc.

      Cons

      Some of the lawyers can be difficult to work with - unpleasant personalities and egos. But admin leadership is generally supportive and protective of staff.
