Pros

It's a large firm with plenty of opportunities if you can stay on management's good side.

Cons

Lots of turnover. The firm appointed a new COO in each of the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021. One of them was let go less than 2 months after being hired, and the position currently appears to be in limbo. There was also at least one instance of CXO turnover each year between 2015 and 2022. The continuing changes in strategy have been exhausting for the rest of us.

Cons

Not great teamwork with some people. Some staff get away with things just because people in charge like them despite not great work product and horrible attitudes
